Frequently asked questions

Straight answers about how we work, what we offer, and who it suits.

Getting started

An initial call. It is a conversation about where your business is now, what you have tried and what you want the next year to look like. Nothing is required beforehand, and you will not be asked to commit on the call.

Broadly: consulting if you need direction and an ongoing strategic partner, and speaking if you have an audience to address. If it is not obvious which describes you, that is a good use of the first call.

Clients span services, retail, professional practices and nonprofits, mostly owner-led businesses and leadership teams. The common thread is the stage rather than the sector — businesses that have outgrown do-it-yourself marketing.

Start with the marketing audit. It is a one-time project giving you a full breakdown of current performance and a prioritised twelve-month roadmap you can act on yourself.

Services and scope

Three: the Spark Session (30 minutes), a high-impact session that sparks new thinking; the Strategy Session (60 minutes), a deeper session focused on what to do next; and the Transformation Session (90 minutes), an immersive format for leadership workshops and intensives. Each pairs with a topic and is tailored to your audience.

A one-time project rather than a retainer. It reviews what your marketing is currently producing and hands back a prioritised twelve-month roadmap you can act on yourself or with help.

Working together

You get a strategic review, clear priorities, a connected strategy across channels, ongoing Slack support for in-the-moment questions, and a strategic reset every 90 days. It is executive-level marketing leadership without a full-time hire.

It depends on the channel. Some things move quickly; organic social and content compound over months. What can be committed to is honest measurement — the review process is designed to show progress accurately rather than to flatter it.

That is the intent, and brand voice is part of onboarding. Clients regularly report that people compliment their social media without realising it is managed.

Yes, and plenty do. Plans are written to be executable in-house, not to route work back by default.

Practical details

Yes. Consulting and strategy run well remotely, over video and Slack. In-person sessions and speaking engagements are naturally easier within the Tulsa metro.

Pricing depends on scope and is confirmed after the initial call, once it is clear what you actually need.
