At TK Creative Co. we win when our clients win. We’re currently looking for an executive assistant to be a supportive force who empowers our leadership team, primarily the Owner/Operator. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention for details.

The purpose of this role is to work directly with the Owner/Operator to manage schedules and communications. This role will work to coordinate and organize appointments, meetings, events, and much more. Your role will be to ensure every detail of the daily duties for the Owner/Operator are coordinated between team members and the clients. This is a critical role, dedicated to ensuring a smooth running process for our Leadership, Sales and Operations. This is a highly strategic position, where tasks and routines will transition quickly and strong versatility is a must. 

responsibilities

Complex calendar management including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.Understand all key dates, commitments, and complexities of the Owner/Operators’ calendar.Provide administrative support in company meetings, including attending meetings, organizing meeting notes and action items.Communicate internally and externally on behalf of the Owner/Operator – must have the ability to relay the Owner/Operator’s vision and mission with all correspondence. Personal and professional task management – to include items such as research, light errands, shopping, purchasing gifts, etc. Provide support during live events, including scheduling and creating events online and in-person, and support throughout.Provide administrative support, such as spreadsheet creation, lead and client tracking, and contacts database as well as manage client onboarding systems and practices.Research industry-related items for the agency, its clients and the Owner/OperatorMaintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials

requirements

High school diploma or equivalencyHighly organized and able to multitaskSelf-driven and proactive natureFamiliarity with email, the internet, Apple OS, Google Suite, and an aptitude for learning new software and systemsExcellent written and oral communication skills requiredPassion for exceptional customer service2 (minimum) years of Customer Service experienceFlexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challengesAbility to maintain the confidentiality of information related to the agency, its team and its clients

Must live in the Tulsa-areaIntroductory Period: part-time, 20 hours per week for the first 90-daysFollowing the 90-day introductory period, the position moves to 32 hours per weekHybrid Model: roughly 10-15 hours per week remotely, and 10-15 hours per week in person, working closely with the Owner/Operator  Must be available to work in-person with the Owner/Operator during M-F, 9 am – 6 pm, and some nights and weekends. No exceptions.Pay: $13/hour for 90-day introductory periodContractor Status

Maintain an organized calendar, with no overlap in meetings or appointments.Completed tasks and projects with a high level of efficiency, accuracy, and confidentiality. Ensure all of the Owner/Operators’s email inquiries are responded to by the end of the day each day and checked 3 times (morning, afternoon, evening) throughout the day.
