At TK Creative Co. we win when our clients win. We’re currently looking for a full-time Social Media Manager with marketing experience to be a supportive force who helps our clients succeed. The ideal candidate will be a proactive project leader with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention for details.
The purpose of this role is to work directly with the Accounts Manager to manage social media strategies and accounts for our clients. This role will work to coordinate overall strategy across multiple social media platforms, create, implement and manage content. Your role will be to ensure every detail of the marketing strategies are handled with care. This is a critical role, dedicated to ensuring a smooth running process for our clients. This role will be responsible for developing visually appealing graphics and campaigns that drive traffic and increase brand awareness through multiple social media platforms. This is a highly strategic position, where tasks and routines will transition quickly and strong versatility is a must.

Manage Client’s Social Media Accounts to include Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.Professionally Design Branded Graphics Professionally Write Copy for Captions Professionally Edit VideosInteract with clients online audiencesCreate Custom Campaigns with the TKC Team for clients goals Conduct Market Research + Competitive AnalysisConduct Hashtag + Keyword Research + Business Page Bio OptimizationManage Client’s Content Calendar + Content SchedulingProject Management SystemMonitor Analytics and track Key Performance Metrics for clients Manage Social Media partnerships with other brands on behalf of our clients to ensure goals met/run smoothly
requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalencyHighly organized and able to multitaskSelf-driven and proactive natureFamiliarity with Canva, Later, Google Suite, and an aptitude for learning new software and systemsExcellent written and oral communication skills requiredPassion for social media marketing2 (minimum) years of social media marketing experiencePortfolio with samples of social media related work and resultsFlexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challengesAbility to maintain the confidentiality of information related to the agency, its team and its clients

Live local to Tulsa, OklahomaFull-time: 32 hours per weekPay: $17 per hour for the first 90-days. Opportunity for a raise following the first 90-daysIndependent Contractor Status
